I love this TED talk by Melinda Gates about how nonprofits can learn from innovators in every sector (in this instance, Coca Cola). She makes the case that real-time data, local entrepreneurs, and clever marketing are keys to Coke’s success that can be applied to solutions for the developing world.
Yet another testament to Coke’s incredible marketing talent and to the benefits of exploring outside your own discipline.
